Even though it was a bank holiday weekend and a Sunday, they were advertised as open 24\/7. I rang through to their Manchester clinic and was booked in for a consultation on the same day within an hour and a half. The whole team were absolutely amazing! From the receptionist guy, the dentist, the dental nurse and the oral surgeon were all amazing, they were all friendly and welcoming. After my consultation it came about that I would need to have 3 teeth removed to stop my pain. The consultation included initial check of the problem and full X-rays of the area concerned. With the findings and an agreement was made to have the 3 teeth removed, I was told it would be done there and then, which I happily agreed to have done. The treatment was an extra cost that I paid in full but was also given the option to pay on a payment plan if needed. After the treatment I was given an informs leaflet of home aftercare and a prescription for antibiotics. The following day I was messaged by the team to check up on how I was doing and if i was okay, which was a very wonderful surprise. This showed me that the team really did care for their patients, they also advised that if I did have any further problems or issues then I was to get in contact with the team as aftercare was included in the treatment, which was again really lovely of the team. All in all I highly recommend this practice and all their lovely and wonderful staff. They really made me feel at ease and helped me when I was really in a lot of pain. Costs was explained to me first before any work was carried out by the dentist. The work was A+ and the following day they messaged me to see how I was feeling. The reception staff were professional and polite. The dentist was a star! He explained everything to me, showing me my xray and gave me options (root canal or extraction). I chose to have it removed. Even though it was a bank holiday weekend and a Sunday, they were advertised as open 24\/7. I rang through to their Manchester clinic and was booked in for a consultation on the same day within an hour and a half. The whole team were absolutely amazing! From the receptionist guy, the dentist, the dental nurse and the oral surgeon were all amazing, they were all friendly and welcoming. After my consultation it came about that I would need to have 3 teeth removed to stop my pain. The consultation included initial check of the problem and full X-rays of the area concerned. With the findings and an agreement was made to have the 3 teeth removed, I was told it would be done there and then, which I happily agreed to have done. The treatment was an extra cost that I paid in full but was also given the option to pay on a payment plan if needed. After the treatment I was given an informs leaflet of home aftercare and a prescription for antibiotics. The following day I was messaged by the team to check up on how I was doing and if i was okay, which was a very wonderful surprise. This showed me that the team really did care for their patients, they also advised that if I did have any further problems or issues then I was to get in contact with the team as aftercare was included in the treatment, which was again really lovely of the team. All in all I highly recommend this practice and all their lovely and wonderful staff. They really made me feel at ease and helped me when I was really in a lot of pain.
